You have 100 days after receiving delivery of your promotional items to request a refund due to substandard quality, and in the very rare event there is a discrepancy, we will either replace the order or refund your money in full (tax included), whichever you choose.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must display notable signs of poor/sub-standard quality, and must not have been tampered with in an unreasonable fashion. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders can not be refunded for any reason other than product quality.
